ABC of Wisconsin offers three award-winning multi-class certificate programs for safety management, project supervision and emerging leaders, as well as a day-long seminar on construction leadership. Classes will meet in Madison at the ABC of Wisconsin Training Center unless otherwise noted. Meals are included. Only ABC members and their employees may participate.  The Project Coordinator program is a unique six-week training program developed to provide the knowledge base needed to excel as a construction project coordinator. The course is designed for both new and experienced project coordinators who want to elevate their knowledge and skills. This program runs six full-day sessions over six consecutive Thursdays. In the Project Supervision program, participants learn how to plan, organize, communicate and monitor daily activities with greater ease, while leveraging both the hard skills and people skills necessary to overcome obstacles with confidence. Participants will receive an OSHA 30-Hour card and admission to the 2019 SuperCon. The program consists of 15 sections (114 hours over 11 months) and is geared for construction site personnel with supervisory responsibilities and project management. Learn more


 Those who assume the role of construction leader find it is much more than a job – it is a journey of self-exploration that requires preparation and planning. No matter how far a person is on their journey, there are always things to learn and improve upon. Becoming a great leader will result in better performance for the entire team. In this day-long training, participants will learn construction leadership skills they need to become top performers. Learn more The Emerging Leaders program has been designed to provide education and training for future construction company professionals who want to enhance their skills. The program consists of 13 sessions taught by top industry instructors covering construction specific topics every business professional needs to know. The program will run over the course of a year. As part of the program, participants are invited to attend the 2018 Human Resources Conference AND the 2019 SuperCon. There will also be three networking opportunities for participants to meet with peers and other ABC members. Learn more
