On-line Take Off Capability – We offer a free blueprint viewer that includes the ability to complete on-line take offs to scale with just the click of the mouse.

Private Projects

General Contractors, Architects, Engineers and Owners may use this service to post any project, public or private, and limit access to subcontractors and suppliers by providing a unique; system generated access code, to their selected group of bidders.

Subcontractors and suppliers may use this service to gain access to project information, plans, specifications and addenda, even if they are not subscribers of a participating association.

Non-subscriber subcontractors and suppliers may obtain access after completing a short registration form. Once you have registered, you can use the same ID and password for all subsequent private projects.

Subcontractors must have a specific project code in order to access project information. Codes are provided by the general contractor, architect, engineer or owner who has asked for the bid.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR, OWNERS, ARCHITECTS and ENGINEERS who would like to use Private Projects to post their projects may also call us. We encourage all of you to take full advantage of this remarkable program.
