Program Overview: This is a six module, 12-hour online professional development course designed to develop and refine the planning and execution skills of project managers, as well as emerging and senior construction industry leaders.
After taking this course, and applying the strategies, techniques and tips presented, participants will be positioned to achieve even greater results in the areas of the business they lead.
Format: ABC of Wisconsin uses the GoToWebinar format for online programs. The Online Planning & Execution Boot Camp consists of 90-minute to 2- hour live virtual online modules that provides participants with the knowledge they need to build their planning and execution skills. Before each module starts, an editable PDF of the workbook will be sent to download. Note: For best learning outcomes, we recommend you work from a hard copy if possible.
Who should attend: This program is for project managers, as well as emerging and senior construction industry leaders.

Attendees successfully completing this two-day course will receive a wallet-sized card from the U.S. Department of Labor which certifies completion of this course and a large reference binder for future use. This program is Department of Commerce approved for 10 hours of Continuing Education Units for Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Certification, and 1 unit for Plumbers, Sprinkler Fitters and Electricians.
Classes can be canceled up to 2 weeks prior due to low registration numbers. Facilities will not be secured until we have enough attendees to hold each training. Confirmations will be sent with full location details.
