ABC’s objective is to help shape an industry that is welcoming to all people—where employees and suppliers are limited only by their own potential, clients’ needs are actively served and shareholders receive value for their investment. ABC National Diversity Excellence Awards
The ABC National Diversity Excellence Awards recognize members that show leadership in diversity within their workforce, supply chain and community community with best in-class recruitment policies, retention practices, and training and mentoring programs.The 2012 winners were recognized Feb. 20 during the 23rd annual Excellence in Construction Awards celebration at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.The four winning companies, selected from entries submitted from across the nation, were judged based on the diversity of the company; a focus on diversity in hiring practices, training and retention; and contractor/vendor relationships, among other criteria.
