This is a TWO-DAY course is being held on Nov. 4 & 11 from 11 am – 4:30 pm.
WHAT’S COVERED:
• Introduction to OSHA, OSH Act/General Duty Clause 5(a)(1), Filing a Complaint
• Subpart C: General Safety & Health Provisions, Competent Person
• Subpart D: Hazard Communication
• Subpart E: Personal Protective Equipment
• Subpart I: Power & Hand Tools
• Subpart K: Electrical
• Subpart L: Scaffolding
• Subpart M: Fall Protection
• Subpart P: Excavations
• Subpart X: Stairways & Ladders
• Focus Four Training
Attendees successfully completing this two-day course will receive a wallet-sized card from the U.S. Department of Labor which certifies completion of this course and a large reference binder for future use. This program is Department of Commerce approved for 10 hours of Continuing Education Units for Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Certification, and 1 unit for Plumbers, Sprinkler Fitters and Electricians.
Classes can be canceled up to 2 weeks prior due to low registration numbers.
Facilities will be secured once the minimum attendance number is reached.
