Event Details

Critical Skills® was developed for selected construction team members to support supervisors and leaders by providing top field personnel with pre-leadership training.

Workbooks: Before each module starts, a PDF of the workbook will be sent to download. The workbook is a tool participants can use as part of the program. It includes exercises and activities that can be shared with employers and team members.

Format: The four modules are designed in the same format as the Construction Foreman and Construction Leader online programs. Each of the four 2-hour modules are presented using a fast-paced direct approach. They are jam packed with immediately actionable and relevant content. Critical Skills® generates meaningful discussions between supervisors and their crew members, putting everyone on the same page.
