This session will provide the nuts and bolts of each law, a comprehensive overview of several key intersections of the laws (medical documentation, temporary modified duty, leave, benefits, fitness to return, and reinstatement), and best practices for handling common scenarios under the FMLA, ADA, and worker’s compensation laws. You will leave this session with a better understanding of your company’s own requirements under these laws and how to best handle the next employee leave or accommodation issue you face.

About the Human Resources Boot Camp Series
ABC of Wisconsin is offering a five-part boot camp series on human resources fundamentals through Zoom for our members this fall. The sessions, presented by ABC of Wisconsin member firms, will run weekly from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. beginning Sept. 8. Robert is also well prepared to handle matters that go to trial: he has tried cases before administrative agencies and state and federal courts, including federal jury trials.
