National Construction built a new five-story, 108,000 square foot headquarters for Duluth Trading Company, a growing workwear company. The project consisted of the demolition of three adjacent properties and new construction of a state of the art, five-story green building. The headquarters design and materials align with the client’s brand of being innovative, tough, functional and comfortable. National Construction assisted the developer in negotiating the purchase of three adjacent, dilapidated properties and a development agreement with the village. The project was completed ahead of schedule and on-budget through a team-based, design-build approach.
