The Exact Sciences’ new 170,000 square foot Manufacturing and Clinical Science Building provided an opportunity for the NAMI plumbing crew to shine. Proprietary process equipment, along with 10 other plumbing systems made this project a successful challenge. Another big challenge was the tight jobsite with more than 100 contracting firms, which prompted precise coordination of deliveries. The owner contracted with NAMI to provide more than $3 million dollars’ worth of specialized, proprietary equipment for this project. 3D modeling and prefabrication kept the work on track, allowing NAMI to complete the work on time and under budget.
