Working with contractors, end users, maintenance staff and the owner allowed NAMI to successfully complete the mechanicals for the new Exact Sciences Manufacturing and Clinical Science Building on time and under budget. The 170,000 square foot project included an office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse and shipping facilities. The schedule was aggressive, but innovative ideas along with 3D modeling and prefabrication kept the work on track and allowed the construction team to plan the installation with enhancements and serviceability improvements. The active 50-acre site required a coordinated communications system for massive equipment deliveries.
