Using a design-build approach while navigating unique site conditions, NCI-Roberts Construction completed a two-story addition and renovations that complemented Fulton  Church’s existing historic structure, all while operating within 15 feet of a river. The addition replaced a free-standing fellowship hall that was originally built in the 1960s and added needed classroom space and a large multipurpose room that could be used as a fellowship hall for the Awana Club, weddings and other functions. The multi-purpose 25,000-squarefoot facility has significantly benefited the congregation and surrounding community.
