Muse at Sentry
The Muse project was a 9,400-square-foot renovation of restaurant space, accomplishing Sentry’s goal to create a true world-class venue for high cuisine with modern finishes and design worthy of New York in the heart of Central Wisconsin. Updating the existing space to meet current code requirements was a challenge for the design team, largely because the existing structure was cast concrete and not easily modified or accessed. Ellis Construction took multiple approaches to create barriers between the new space and existing structure.
