WDS Construction was invited to bid the tenant improvement of the newly-built Punch Bowl Social (PBS) directly across the plaza from Fiserv Forum. The 31,000 square-foot, high-profile project was completed in a tight time frame with limited access to the space, as the shell was not completed when WDS was to begin the build out. Once the shell was completed, WDS accommodated many project revisions, including changes to walls and moving the electrical panel improperly installed by the shell contractor. Another challenge was dealing with rats that migrated from the old Bucks’ arena and chewed holes in overhead door seals. The outcome is a gorgeous, eclectic eater-tainment center. There were zero recordable accidents on the project.
