Golf Week Magazine called Sand Valley Golf Resort, “America’s next must-visit golf resort.” Nestled among tumbling, grass-covered glacial sand dunes in Adams County, the resort has an old-world Wisconsin feel that blends well with the sand dunes that come right up to the foundations and doors. Corporate Contractors Inc. successfully managed several challenges, including extreme weather, to deliver a rustic-themed clubhouse, lodge, roadways and the second largest private onsite water treatment facility in the state that will anchor four more future golf courses. The contractor handled several design and scope changes to deliver the project on time and within budget.
