The success of the world-class destination Sundara Inn & Spa prompted a beautiful expansion and renovation to existing spaces, including updating treatment and relaxation rooms, updating restrooms and locker rooms, and remodeling bathrooms in the suites. Sundara remained in operation throughout construction, which meant limited work hours for Holtz Builders to maintain a tranquil environment for guests. This often required late starts and early end times, threatening an already tight schedule. Overnight hours were scheduled in areas that would not disturb guests. A clean construction site minimized the visual impact on guests. There were many revisions to the plans, a few which required completed work to be altered.
