The Lodge at Walnut Grove is a 96-unit luxury apartment project, located on Madison’s far west side. Comprised of two structures built in overlapping phases, its design elements are distinctive of a Rocky Mountain retreat. The Lodge II phase takes on the character of a New York City Mid-town neighborhood with a central core of commercial and residential real estate. The project required the careful, piece-by-piece demolition of a 14-story building. The project included extensive and complex wood framing along with detailed and complex masonry and stone facade work. Occupants enjoy amenities like underground parking, a water feature and a timber-framed pergola and fire pit.
