The project was completed in six phases to allow Tri City to stay in operation during the construction. Cooperation, communication and coordination between Tri City, Keller and all subcontractors was the key to success for this to be accomplished.

The Tri City Glass project is a pre-engineered structure with decorative skins of split-face masonry, exterior insulation finish system, and architectural composite metal. It was completed by Keller in six phases to allow profitable operation during construction. The project included new construction, moving the client into a new space upon completion, renovating the existing space and moving the client back into the existing space when renovation was completed. Consulting with the client before finalizing any scheduling was critical. Workers braved cold conditions while pouring concrete and erecting steel and special safety procedures were implemented to protect them. Communication and coordination was critical to success.
