Welford Sanders Lofts and Enterprise Center
Originally the Nunn Bush Shoe Factory, Welford Sanders Historic Lofts & Enterprise Center underwent a major historic renovation. The 210,850-square-foot project includes 59 loft-styled apartments, multi-tenant office space, underground parking and a private exterior plaza. The construction team at Catalyst Construction had to work through winter months to meet a tight deadline for partial occupancy. Other challenges including gutting the entire building, removing all the contents left by prior occupants and preserving the building’s historic facade.
