The Westfields Hospital & Clinic Campus remodel was a 23-month-long project covering more than 28,000 square feet of construction. The project by Derrick Building Solutions consisted of four major projects with multiple sub-phases, totaling 11 individual construction phases in all. Each project had its own challenges and, by themselves, could be considered difficult projects. Despite the project’s large scale, it was completed on budget and on time. The areas of construction included Same Day Surgery, Imaging, MRI, Physical Therapy, Sleep Rehab and Emergency Departments.
