ICYMI ABC of Wisconsin Defends Right-to-Work Law

[Madison, Wisc…] Dane County Judge William Foust deemed Wisconsin’s right-to-work law unconstitutional in a court ruling that was released late Friday. Unions that filed the lawsuit argued that the law created an unconstitutional “taking” of property and Judge Foust agreed.

However, this argument has been shot down by state and federal courts all across the country. Attorney General Brad Schimel believes that the law is constitutional, and he plans to appeal Judge Foust’s decision.

Shortly after the ruling was released, ABC of Wisconsin quickly announced their support of Schimel’s decision to appeal and did several interviews with Madison and Milwaukee media.
