NEW Oral & Facial Surgery is a 8,000-plus sq. ft. state-of-the-art clinic designed and built to elevate patient care while maximizing efficiency for staff and providers. From the earliest stages, Keller, Inc. partnered closely with the owner using Keller, Inc.’s design-build approach, ensuring every decision aligned with vision, budget, and functionality. Open communication and thoughtful planning allowed the team to strategically maximize treatment capacity while maintaining cost-conscious solutions. During site preparation, an unexpected challenge arose with the discovery of an unmarked high-grade fiber optic line. Keller quickly engaged the utility owner, safely exposing and lowering the line through hydrovac work. This proactive response kept the project moving forward without delays or disruptions. Through consistent collaboration with the design team, the project advanced smoothly with no major scope changes— an achievement that highlights the value of clear communication and proactive planning. The finished facility is modern, welcoming, and purpose-built to support advanced oral surgery, enhancing access to care for patients across Northeast Wisconsin. Safety remained a top priority, with 5,067 labor-hours completed without injury. The result is a high-performance, patient-focused environment that reflects Keller’s adaptability, efficiency, and commitment to excellence.
