Johnson Financial Group – Sun Prairie

The Johnson Financial Group’s newest addition to their full-service branch banking community, Johnson Financial Group – Sun Prairie, is a single-story, 3,333 sq. ft. building. Constructed with structural steel, cold-formed metal framing (CFMF), and brick, its façade showcases a mix of metal siding, aluminum composite material (ACM) panels, stone, and expansive storefront glass beneath an EPDM roof. On the north side, the building features an attached drive-through canopy. The project scope included concrete footings, a slab-on-grade foundation, and a raised roof in the building’s central section, creating a dramatic atrium filled with natural light. The atrium is highlighted by a slatted wood feature element symbolizing directional flow and purpose. Stevens Construction Corp. self-performed nearly 40% of the work, including foundations and flatwork, structural steel framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry.
