ABC Wisconsin announces the promotion of Mary Austinson to Member Engagement & Events Manager. Austinson has worked in the membership department for 10 years, and is very connected to ABC’s members across the state.
“Mary is determined to help our members succeed, stay engaged through our numerous events and programs, and has been a huge part of the Chapter’s membership growth,” said Bill Stranberg, Director of Membership. “I’m proud to have her help lead our membership initiatives. She is a huge asset to the whole ABC organization.”
Her new role will include developing, implementing and evaluating ABC Wisconsin’s member engagement and event strategies to drive participation, retention, satisfaction and organizational visibility. She will lead event strategy and programs for ABC’s events, look for opportunities to enhance exisiting programs, and will provide greater collaboration with ABC members across the state.
“I’m thrilled to continue my work at ABC Wisconsin as a Member Engagement and Events Manager,” Austinson said. “ABC is growing, thriving and has the best network of members around.”
Austinson’s role will continue to keep her directly connected to ABC members across Wisconsin. The association continues to break records in membership, and expects to break records again in 2026.
The continued growth means there will be more demand for membership services. ABC is currently hiring for a new role, Membership Retention Manager, to keep pace with the association’s continued growth.
