ABC Construction Sales Accelerator: 12 Weeks To A Repeatable Sales Process

Winning work in construction takes more than relationships and good instincts. This 12-week program is designed to help construction professionals strengthen the way they prospect, qualify opportunities, communicate value, navigate objections and build long-term client relationships. This is more than a webinar. Participants will work through the material each week, apply it directly to their own sales responsibilities and then join live virtual coaching to ask questions, work through challenges and put the concepts into practice.

Enrollment is limited to 12 participants to create a more personalized coaching experience and allow for meaningful discussion, individual questions and real-world application.

Each week includes:

• Approximately 30 minutes of on-demand learning
• Practical application and homework
• One hour of live virtual coaching

What You Will Learn:

Throughout the program, participants will develop practical strategies around:

Sales mindset and professionalism
Prospecting, targeting and lead qualification
Communication and relationship building
Discovery conversations and understanding client needs
Negotiation and objection handling
Competitive differentiation
Sales metrics, tools and follow-up
Customer service and long-term client relationships

The goal is not simply to learn new sales concepts. The weekly coaching and application give participants the opportunity to use what they are learning in real time, get feedback and develop a more intentional sales process they can continue using after the program ends.
