ABC commissioned management consulting firm FMI to conduct the 2020 Workforce Development Survey to support ABC’s goal of growing the workforce and creating career dreams. According to the results, ABC members invested $1.5 billion to educate their employees in 2019, with 1.1 million course attendees receiving craft, leadership and safety education to advance their careers in commercial and industrial construction.
