The Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin Construction Industry Commitment Awards is presented to a person who has been dedicated to promoting the ABC Apprenticeship Program.
We all know that promoting careers in the construction industry and apprenticeships is a vital part of recruitment for our industry. ABC members and staff do this all the time, but occasionally there are those outside champions – those people who go above and beyond to recruit for our industry for no other reason than they see this as a great opportunity.
ABC of Wisconsin created the award to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond to promoting careers in construction and the ABC Apprenticeship Program. Examples include (but are not limited to) high school teachers, youth apprenticeship coordinators, school counselors, or representatives from community based organizations.
The award recipient will be announced at the 2024 ABC of Wisconsin Graduation Banquet on May 16, 2024.
