ABC of Wisconsin Names Cheyenne Foster as Senior Apprenticeship Manager

Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin has promoted Cheyenne Foster to Senior Apprenticeship Manager.

Foster joined ABC as an Apprenticeship Manager in 2020, after spending time as a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Marine Corps, and completing her bachelor’s degree at UW- Madison. Her work at ABC began by mentoring apprentices in multiple apprenticeship programs, including electrical, carpentry and heavy equipment operating. These programs include partnerships with Moraine Park Technical College, North Central Techical College and Nicolet Area Technical College, where Foster has built strong relationships, and helped them to thrive.

“I’m excited about the future of apprenticeship in Wisconsin. We’re seeing rapid growth in our programs, and I’m committed to helping sustain that momentum while maintaining the high standards and quality our partners and apprentices deserve,” Foster said. “I look forward to continuing to build strong relationships with instructors, technical colleges, and state partners as we move forward together.”

ABC of Wisconsin enrolled nearly 2,500 apprentices in 2024, and is on track to surpass that number in 2025.

“Apprentices, employers and instructors in our program already know Cheyenne, and recognize her skill and energy,” said Brandi Davis, Director of Apprenticeship at ABC of Wisconsin. “Cheyenne brings strong leadership to our department, and will be an excellent resource for our team and the people we serve, as we continue to grow.”

Foster’s new role is effective immediately.
