Antczak Construction moves into third generation

Don and Joanne Antczak are retiring from Antczak Construction, Inc., Cameron, as of Dec. 31 and the family business is being purchased by Craig and Megan Antczak beginning Jan. 1, 2020. The ABC member firm has now been in the family for three generations. It was founded by Joe and Rose Antczak in 1953 and later purchased by their son, Don and his wife, Joanne in 1980.

Meanwhile, Don Antczak Construction, Inc. is dissolving and being acquired by Antczak Construction. A third business, Glacier Rock Supply, Inc., will remain in business and be owned by Don and Joanne. It will continue to operate out of the same business as Antczak Construction but the companies will not longer be affiliated with each other.

“We are deeply grateful for all the business we have had in the past years and are excited to grow our business and friendships with you all in the years to come,” Don and Joanne said in a written statement to vendors and customers. “Thank you for making Antczak Construction, Inc. a success!”
