AROW Global Office Expansion

The 17,400-square-foot AROW Global Office renovation and addition required significant phasing of work. Poor soils along with perked groundwater proved a dewatering challenge. Rock was also encountered during excavation at the elevator pit, which slowed down progress. The rock needed to be fractured and removed. Detailed finish selection as well as material choice was paramount to the owner. One unique feature was the epoxy floor in the main entrance, which required a multi-layer application including the AROW Global corporate colors.The owner needed to be able to utilize their existing office space as the new office building was constructed. Strategic planning for performing the shut down and switch over to the new electrical service was critical to ensure there were no disruptions in the normal operations of the facility. Once the new office building was complete, the owner was able to take occupancy of the new space while the existing office space was remodeled.
