Big Apple Early Learning Academy

Mother nature didn’t stop KSW Construction from constructing Big Apple Early Learning Academy, a 12,000 square foot daycare facility with a home-away-from home look and feel. The existing site was actually a fill site and much of the soil was not structural grade so the foundation footings had to be over dug and back filled with good material in order to proceed with foundation work. The consistent rain caused delays for many sub contractors, but KSW Construction was able to deliver a quality building in time for the fall school season.
