Delavan-Darien School District – Energy Efficient Lighting Upgrades

Faith Technologies performed a lighting efficiency audit at the Delavan-Darien School District, resulting in energy savings and heightened occupant comfort due to integration of dimmers, occupancy sensors and photocells. The innovative design led to a 55 percent reduction in annual energy use. The project required a great deal of coordination and flexibility due to school schedules and special event requirements. Faith worked with the energy service company to coordinate a schedule that offered the safest environment and minimal disruptions in the occupied school buildings. The $1.3 million project was completed ahead of schedule within a six month period.
