Heritage Credit Union Headquarters

The contemporary design of the Heritage Credit Union headquarters in DeForest includes a stunning combination of architectural metal fa?ade and glass. Each floor cantilevers out over the floor below, creating an impressive reverse waterfall effect, but it required careful material selection and safety precautions. The angular nature of the building adds to a very complex and intricate structural steel frame as well. It was completed on an aggressive schedule so the staff could move in before winter. The majority of subcontractors and suppliers were sourced within 30 minutes of the jobsite, which provided substantial advantage for timeliness of deliveries, as well as convenience for everyone. The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) provided significant benefits to this project and helped the client?s understanding of the project details. After the COVID-19 outbreak, Heritage Credit Union decided to upgrade their HVAC system, which required additional time to install.
