Station 955

The Station 955 project transformed a 7.39-acre lot that once housed a 94,853 square foot retail building, which was demolished to decrease the impervious surface and increase the square footage by an extra 90,095 square feet. Demolition of the existing building started in March of 2023 and had tenants moving into the north building as early as July of 2024, and the south building in August of 2024. With a contract value of $38.8 million, Station 955 features a construction type of 5A wood framing over 1A noncombustible protection, encompassing a total area of 429,611 square feet. Within this expansive space, residents enjoy 244,216 square feet of thoughtfully designed living areas, which include studio to 3-bedroom apartments, complemented by 7,838 square feet of amenity space and 91,163 square feet of communal areas. The development includes 258 units, along with a rectangular parking garage, a state-of-the-art fitness facility and a spacious community room. This gathering space, with its kitchen, multiple TV’s exposed wood beams and large curtain wall for abundant natural light, provides an inviting atmosphere for residents to connect.
