The Lodge at Lake Camelot Addition & Renovation

Initial design discussions and planning for the 7,330 sq. ft. project began in Q3 of 2022 with expansion and updates of the existing space as the primary driver. Ellis Construction was able to create multiple options for consideration and progressively price those options for the client’s review. Throughout 2023, those options were considered, and due diligence and internal financial projections continued for the association throughout mid 2023 and into early 2024. In late spring of 2024, Ellis was given the green light for final design of the space and authorization to commence construction in late September 2024. The project consisted of an addition and renovation of the existing space with the goal of blending and incorporating the refined rustic design interests with elements of contemporary aesthetics. The expansion more than doubled the space, allowed the client to serve over 100 more patrons at any given time and created a new point of focus and identity for the association’s families.
