The Promenade is the first active adult community of its kind in the Village of Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin, offering a modern lifestyle for residents ages 55-plus. The 172,571 sq. ft. mixed-use development features five stories of wood framing above a partially underground precast concrete level, with structural steel framing in its commercial spaces. The project includes 83 spacious residential units, each paired with a dedicated parking stall in the partial underground structure. Amenities are central to the design, with a first-level plaza featuring a pool, pergola, outdoor bar, and seating areas, as well as pickleball courts, a dog run, yoga studio, and fitness center. The building also provides four upscale gathering spaces, including a fifth-floor club room with views of Lambeau Field. In addition to the residences, The Promenade provides 1,500 square feet of retail space for a coffee shop and 16,000 square feet of structural steel–framed space leased to Brown County for a public library. The exterior combines brick, stone, and metal wall panels with fiberglass and storefront windows, while interiors feature high-end finishes, such as custom millwork, Italian flooring, ceramic tile, quartz countertops, and artistic wall coverings.
