The Symphony

The Symphony is the inaugural building in the expansive 25-acre, multi-phase development project known as OneNorth, located in Bayside, WI, just north of Milwaukee. This 196,375-square-foot multifamily apartment building features a U-shaped design and stands five stories tall, with four levels of wood framing atop two levels of post-tension concrete. The Symphony offers 98 modern residential units along with 100 underground parking stalls. Beyond its residential offerings, The Symphony provides 24,000 square feet of commercial space, which will be home to the North Shore Library. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a clubroom that connects to an exterior patio with grilling stations, co-working spaces, a fitness center and a pet spa. The first level features cold storage for grocery deliveries, along with a large green space designed for future outdoor movie nights and farmers markets. In alignment with OneNorth’s green infrastructure initiatives, The Symphony incorporates a 22,000-square-foot StormTrap storm water retention system with a capacity of 690,000 gallons. This feature enhances sustainability but also contributes to the overall environmental health of the area. The Symphony marks the beginning of a vibrant community that is OneNorth, setting the stage for future development and growth.
