TRU by Hilton Madison West

Kraemer Brothers was selected to build one of the first TRU Hotels by Hilton in the state of Wisconsin. Standing four stories, it offers 106 guest rooms, along with innovative and energetic spaces designed for this new Hilton hotel brand. Despite the tight confines of the site and the proximity to a 20-foot-tall retaining wall, Kraemer Brothers worked efficiently to stay ahead of schedule throughout most of the project; working faster than trucks could deliver materials to the site. The client announced at their grand opening celebration that this project was the smoothest close-out and grand opening they had ever experienced on any of their properties.
