Vintage Brewing Company

This project by Friede & Associates included nearly $1 million of concrete and masonry and featured panelized wall construction and faux brick to create a building that looks and feels like its from the turn of the century, yet is built with the latest technology. Poor soil conditions and the site’s proximity to the Wisconsin River during record-high water levels created challenges for the project, and installation of the brewery tanks and equipment also required extensive planning and coordination. Special attention was taken throughout the building and equipment design process to consider opportunities for energy efficiency and the overall performance of the building.
