W.D.S. Construction outgrew its 2,500 square foot office space in Beaver Dam. Owner Ben Westra decided he would have his firm handle the project, obviously, but that would be a challenge because of the company’s work load. Also, wet conditions made for a muddy jobsite. Perhaps the biggest obstacle was the number of scheduling changes as a result of change orders, including the location of the building being moved twice. Today, the company has a beautiful, new, modern 28,000 square foot headquarters prominently located on Highway 151. It has a training facility, conference rooms, board room, workout room, café, bar, kitchen, employee game room and room for expansion.
