Event Description: Join us for an engaging networking event focused on strengthening the construction workforce pipeline and addressing skilled labor shortages through community partnerships.
ABC members and community-based organizations will come together for a practical discussion about workforce recruitment, retention, and career development. Attendees will learn how community partners’ unique strengths and resources can help overcome workforce barriers, followed by a social hour designed to foster meaningful connections.
