Event Details

Safety professionals are tasked with extremely important initiatives such as creating and implementing health and safety policies, training employees on safety standards, and conducting safety inspections. This program provides ABC Wisconsin members with the tools and skill sets required to develop safety professionals into safety leaders.
At the end of this session, participants will have a comprehensive safety plan to initiate within their organization.

The program runs a total of five days from March 5 – June 11, 2024.  

March 5 – The Road to World-Class Safety

April 2 – Risk Analysis & Hazard Control

April 30 – Inspections, Observations, Site Plan & Emergency Plans

May 21 – Conducting Effective Safety Meetings & Trainings

June 11 – Successfully Managing Incidents

Prerequisite – Valid completion certificate from OSHA 30 Hour Course

Who Should Attend: 

  • Safety Managers
  • Superintendents
  • Foreman / Supervisors / Team Leads
  • Team members responsible for safety initiatives within the company

Registration Deadline:  March 1, 2024

Class Times:  7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Registration Fees:  $1,400 for the first registrant from an ABC-member company; $1,200 for each additional registrant
