This course was designed for business owners to evaluate their leadership team, current operations and financial position and build strategic exit plans to help maximize their reward for years of hard work and effort.

John is a professional implementor of EOS (Entrepreneurial
Operating System), an executive coach and an expert in mergers and
acquisitions. John was the national leader of construction and real estate for
Wipfi LLP a top 15 CPA firm. This business grew from $4MM to $80MM during
John’s leadership. John and Wipfli are long time supporters of ABC. John was
instrumental in several Wipfli acquisitions during his tenure and advised a
significant number of his clients in selling their businesses EOS is a complete
set of simple concepts and practical tools that have helped thousands of
entrepreneurs get what they want from their business. John is part of the
senior leadership teams of both Catalyst Construction and Three Leaf Partners
in a fractional role focused on growth, strategy and executive coaching. John
has a great love for travel and exploring. John is a certified Yoga instructor
and scuba diving instructor. His son Jonathan is a critical care doctor in
Virginia and his son Alex is a developer at Phoenix Partners. John has long
been active in the community serving on the NAIOP Wisconsin board, NAIOP
national board and NAIOP Governors Foundation. He also served on the boards for
Commonbond Communities, Potawatomi Area Boy Scouts, and Journey House.
