As you climb your construction career ladder the ability to get work done through others becomes a highly-coveted skill set to the organization. This three-part webseries will equip individuals with the essential skills essential for leading a highly-collaborative, diverse, team-orientated workforce.
Format
This program will be using GoToWebinar three, 90-minute to two-hour live, online modules. Participants will receive an invitation to join the sessions after completing the registration. The program includes a downloadable, interactive workbook. The fee is $159 per seat.
