This class has been developed by Spears® manufacturing company to provide essential information to those who work with and install PVC in heating and cooling systems.
Who should attend: HVAC apprentices and technicians
What you will learn:
- PVC properties, incompatible materials and substances, chemical resistance, proper hangers and supports.
- Recommended safety precautions.
- Solvent cements, primers, accessories and proper solvent cementing techniques.
- Proper threaded transitions Proper tools for use with PVC/CPVC, including installation tips.

Cost: $25.00 for apprentices and members
