Webinar: Construction Contracts and COVID-19: Staying "Breachless" During the Crisis

The COVID-19 pandemic impacts our members’ projects in many ways.  As the talented construction professionals in the field focus on safety and production, the teammates in the office need to double their efforts at following the letter of their Construction Agreements to remain “Breachless” throughout the challenging work.

This program will identify the key contract provisions implicated by the COVID-19 crisis, including Force Majeure, delay, change order, cost, financial assurance and sequencing work; and review the best practices to execute the work without a breach.  We will review the proper manner to present and respond to claims, to reserve rights when claims are uncertain, and the steps to take to seek payment assurance.
