This webinar will provide you with information to help you support your colleagues with the prevalence of stress and mental health in the workplace, signs and symptoms of the most common mental health diagnoses, what you can do to help reduce the stigma associated with mental health, and tools and resources for mental health, self-care, and resiliency.

Presented by Courtney Patt. Courtney is a Senior Health Management Consultant with Marsh & McLennan Agency based out of the Minneapolis office. But don’t worry, she was born and raised as a Wisconsinite and still a Packer fan! She partners with clients to build health management strategies and a culture of well-being within their organization with the end result of seeing improved health outcomes, a more productive workforce and increased engagement to the organization. Courtney has been in the health and well-being industry for almost 20 years. She is also a Certified Intrinsic Coach, Tobacco Treatment Specialist and a Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
