In this dynamic session, we will explore the vital skills required for effective communication within a construction crew. Discover how clear and efficient communication can enhance efficiency, safety, and project success as well as how to resolve conflict in a healthy, productive way. Participants will learn how to navigate the unique challenges that come with working within a construction team by understanding emotional intelligence and how it impacts our decisions on how we communicate with each other.
